Extended return policy

Nuura normally provides 14 days full return according to the EU refund and return policy. During Christmas season, we have extended the period. All orders placed during December 2023 can be returned until January 31^st 2024. Please ensure that you have kept the order confirmation sent by mail, as this is your proof of purchase from our webshop. Depending on the type of payment card used when placing the order, it can take 1-14 days for the amount to be returned to your account. For security reasons, the amount can only be returned to the card used when placing the order.

Deadline for placing an order

In order to receive your purchase in time for Christmas, please notice that the deadline for webshop orders shipping to Denmark is Monday, December 18th at 12 noon. If you are outside of Denmark, the deadline is Tuesday, December 12th but we advise you to contact our sales support at info@nuura.com for final confirmation on the deadline for online orders shipping to your country.
