Hotel Sct. Thomas
Hotel
Hotel Sct. Thomas is located on one of Copenhagen's most beautiful and historic avenues, Frederiksberg Allé. With posh neighbourhood Frederiksberg on one side and hip Vesterbro on the other, you have the best of both worlds just around the corner from the hotel.
Saint Thomas is an island, formerly part of the Danish West Indies, and sold to the United States in 1917. When a pharmacist by the name A. H. Riese returned to Denmark from the islands in 1872, he bought the property where the hotel is located today. It was called St. Thomas. Back then, the building housed apartments, and the lower floor was a hospital for several years. With a history this rich, it is no wonder that the hotel has had guests staying who were born there decades before the building was turned into a hotel.
At Hotel Sct. Thomas you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of the big city and enjoy the peace and quiet of the newly renovated reception area and rooms on the 4th floor. In recent years the hotel has undergone extensive renovations, with more and more rooms being taken to higher and higher standards.
Our Miira, Liila and Blossi collections are placed all around the hotel, providing quality sensuous lighting and creating coherence and calmness to the décor.
Visit Hotel Sct. Thomas to see for yourself, and to enjoy city views from the newly built rooftop terrace.
