At Nuura, we are actively working to optimize our packaging solutions. That is why most of our packaging is designed to also function as transport packaging, enabling direct shipping with carriers such as GLS and UPS where no additional packaging is necessary.

We strive to use compact packaging methods and flat-pack solutions to reduce space consumption during transport and optimize material use. To achieve more efficient use of space during transport and to reduce unnecessary material use, an increasing number of Nuura's products require final assembly by the end consumer or on-site in connection with the installation of projects.

Therefore, we do not use exclusive gift boxes with a glossy surface and extensive printing. Instead, we use functional and robust packaging that ensures optimal protection of the products during transport while keeping packaging consumption down. These boxes are easily recycled compared to traditional gift boxes. We are continuously increasing the proportion of FSC-certified materials in our packaging and working to minimize the use of plastic and foam where it makes sense.

In our packaging guide, it is also a requirement that all new products be delivered in FSC-approved packaging. We need to emphasize that we are continuously working to replace our packaging so that it follows the current guidelines in our packaging guide - although currently, you may experience individual products that do not meet these requirements.
