With views over the water and proximity to the greenness of Amager Fælled, Islands Brygge is one of the most in-demand locations in Copenhagen thanks to the wide range of options on offer. Right in the centre of the new part of Islands Brygge is the 'A-House', where interior design experts Da Costa Living have designed the interior of a private apartment.

The owner wanted the interior to exude an international atmosphere and feel like a 5-star hotel to live in. Da Costa Living's talented and professional approach succeeded in creating an apartment that meets both those criteria. They created an interior that feels like an apartment in central Manhattan in New York, with nothing left to chance.

To carry the theme through, Da Costa Living chose to use Miira 4 Opal throughout most of the apartment, as repetition creates consistency and calm. The smaller Miira 4 Opal has a graphic look and innovative shape, spreading a comfortable light through its opal white, hand-blown glass. In the bedroom, Blossi Table Black act as bedside lights and can be dimmed to suit the mood or requirement. Above the dining table hangs the stunning Apiales 18 Brushed Brass, providing its atmospheric light for the many moments of 'hygge' between friends and family.

Da Costa Living succeeded in creating a masculine yet minimalistic look for the apartment. The colour scheme and materials were chosen to complete the hotel feeling and create the perfect background for perfect occasions.
