We love to see how you live with your Nuura lamps, which is why we may request permission to share photos and videos (hereafter "content") that you have posted on Instagram on our channels. Our channels include, among others, nuura.com, newsletters, advertisements and social media.

By responding #yesnuura #yesnuuralighting #nuurayes #nuuralightingyes #friendsofnuura #nuuracommunity to our request on Instagram, you agree to the following:

• You grant Nuura ApS with CVR number 38748629 (hereinafter "Nuura") a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your content in Nuura marketing and/or advertising in any way determined at Nuura's sole discretion and without any obligations to you, including, among other things, the right to reproduce, distribute, change and edit the content you have consented to. Nuura may grant a sublicense to the content to third parties, including affiliated companies or resellers. In addition, you give Nuura your consent to use the content, where you can be identified, for marketing and/or advertising purposes in accordance with applicable Danish law.
• You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the content you have submitted and that you have permission from any persons appearing. In addition, you confirm that you are an individual (i.e. not a company), that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent, and that Nuura's use of your content will not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.
• You release Nuura from all obligations to pay you for the use of your content and release and agree to hold Nuura and all persons acting on Nuura's behalf harmless from all claims (including claims from third parties), liability, of any kind, in connection with the use of the images as described above.

The above terms and conditions are governed by Danish law, and the courts of Denmark have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute that may arise as a result. You can always contact us with questions about our services or regarding data protection at info@nuura.com

If you wish to withdraw your consent to share your images with Nuura, you can contact us at any time by clicking on the "!" icon in the lower left corner of your shared content published on our website. Then fill out the form to submit your request to withdraw your consent.
