PRIVATE RESIDENCE, COPENHAGEN
In this Copenhagen residence, light plays a central role in the interplay between classical architecture and modern Scandinavian interiors.
A home shaped by light
The home’s original details, tall wall panelling and decorative stucco provide an elegant setting, with Nuura lighting integrated as a natural part of the architecture. From subtle points of light in the hallways and bedroom to sculptural chandeliers in the larger living spaces, the lighting responds to the different functions and atmospheres throughout the home.
Where light creates calmness
Selected lamps, shapes, materials and warm tones are repeated throughout the residence. This repetition creates a sense of calm and a natural flow between the rooms, while the lighting is carefully adapted to the character and function of each individual space. Warm light and golden details add depth and highlight the home’s architectural features.
The rhythm of light
The result is a harmonious home where lighting does more than illuminate the spaces; it connects them, enhances the architecture and creates a calm and inviting atmosphere.
