ABOUT NUURA

We aim to create unique and aesthetic lighting that reflects the riches and joy found in Nordic nature. With the chandelier as a centre, Nuura offers lighting collections that enrich and complete the decor in private homes or public places. By combining elegant design, LED technology and carefully selected high-quality materials, we strive to create unique quality lighting that positively impacts well-being. Nuura means light and honour, and with inspiration from the Nordic light and nature, we want to spread quality light and joy. Founded in 2017 by Sofie Refer, Nadia Lassen and Peter Østerberg.

ANOLI

Elegant droplets and golden warmth are the essences of the sophisticated pendant collection Anoli. Silent drops on a rainy day and the unique Nordic light are combined most elegantly. The Anoli collection is made of metal and neatly mouth-blown glass in opal white or a delicate golden colour. It ranges from sleek pendants to elegant chandeliers and can be customised for larger projects and private homes.

APIALES

With inspiration from flowers, Sofie Refer has designed the chandelier collection, Apiales. The collection consists of chandeliers with 6, 9 or 18 mouth-blown glass globes and are available in golden Brushed Brass finish or the smooth Satin Black. From a specially-produced canopy, the arms unfold like flower stalks from which light is spread with grace. Suitable for residential homes, restaurants and hotels.

BLOSSI

Inspired by the golden light during the Nordic fall, Blossi is designed to give a soft and delicate light. Beautifully rounded glass lampshades give the Blossi collection a Nordic touch and complete the design. The collection ranges from a chandelier to lamps for the wall, table and floor. Fashioned from high craftsmanship combined with LED technology. 'German Design Awards 2019' Special Mention in the category 'Excellent Product Design - Lighting'.

LIILA

The Liila collection is created around the modular wall chandelier, Liila 12. The idea behind the collection is to create wall and ceiling lighting, with glass as the focal point. The mouth-blown glass is mounted on a metal disc, which gives the glass a floating appearance, creating elegant lighting with references to the summer sun. The single lamp, Liila 1, is available in three sizes; small, medium and large, and in different metal finishes - all three versions are ideal for hallways, smaller rooms or spaces with low ceilings.

MIIRA

The unique and Nordic lighting collection, Miira, is created in a simple and timeless design. The lamps complement each other, and each one helps create a unique Nordic feel. The Miira collection is designed with the chandelier at its centre and expands into a complete series of light. It can be used everywhere from private homes to large exclusive interior decorations. Miira means beautiful vision and designed by the awarded Danish lighting designer, Sofie Refer. 'German Design Awards 2019' winner in the category 'Excellent Product Design - Lighting'.

RIZZATTO

The Rizzatto collection is designed by internationally renowned lighting designer Paolo Rizzatto. With a long and distinguished career in the field of lighting and a fascination for chandeliers, Paolo Rizzatto is the perfect match for Nuura’s ambition to spread light and joy.
