A sensory experience

The interior is designed as a bright and tranquil space overlooking the harbour, where materials and colours enhance a sense of presence and calm. Guests are invited to slow down and enjoy the moment.

Lighting plays a central role in the experience. Luminaires from Nuura’s Miira collection create intimate zones throughout the space while illuminating the counter, where the pastries are highlighted in a clear and warm light. The right light is essential - not only for the atmosphere, but also because food is best presented in balanced lighting.

Atmosphere shaped by light

The lighting accentuates materials and details without overwhelming the space, creating intimate zones around the tables while subtly guiding the eye towards the craftsmanship of the bakery.

Dawn through dusk

Throughout the day, the ambience shifts naturally - from bright, inviting morning light to a softer and more subdued atmosphere in the evening. The result is a space where function and aesthetics merge, and where lighting plays a defining role in the overall experience.
